A 1.5-year engagement across three phases, from product evolution through full acquisition by Barclays.
Phase 1Migrated the app from Xamarin.Forms to .NET MAUI, adapting CI/CD pipelines and debugging the project — delivering the new version to app stores with no issues.
Phase 2Architected and implemented the middleware infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) — enabling seamless integration with Barclays systems.
